At Schnauzer Snug, we offer bespoke care for you Schnauzer – a home from home experience helping your fur baby feel secure and settled with regular day care.

With this in mind, and to keep placements regular, we offer a minimum of one day a week (Monday-Friday) care.

At the beginning, we will book in a convenient consultation slot at your home to go through all the necessary documentation and to ensure we have answered all your questions.

If you are happy for your precious member of the family to come and spend their first settling in period with us, we will ask for a non-refundable deposit of £80 per day. We will also go through and agree on the day(s) per week that your fur baby will stay with us. This helps us ensure that we are never overbooked and to help settle in with the other pooches we have in the snug.

As spaces at the Schnauzer Snug are so limited, a full one-month, non-refundable deposit will be taken in advance either by bank transfer or cash. A payment for every three months will also be required in advance.

Notice period

A minimum of one month’s notice is requested in writing once at the end of the quarter term otherwise it is required that the remaining term for quarter be fulfilled as this will be non-refundable unless due to extreme circumstances.

Please note even on days your fur baby is booked and unable to attend, payment will still be taken.

Costs

• Day care cost for up to 6 hours is £60.
• Drop off between hours 8am-10am (to be agreed) and collection between the hours of 2pm-4pm.
• Additional cost for drop off from £15 (to be agreed depending on distance).
• Additional hours and late fees can be requested or applied.

Full boarding is only available on request and in advance. Sessions start from £120 per full day and night.

Payment required 14 days in advance. 50% taken if cancelled for any reason as this will only be limited to no more than three dogs staying at one time to ensure the calmest of stays.

Food and bedding

• Food (if required) and poop bags will need to be supplied.
• If your Schnauzer has any allergies, treats must also to be supplied by the owner.
• Please also supply your fur baby’s bed for the settling in week.
• Once the three month non-refundable payment has been taken, a bed will be supplied.
